It seems I have hit the big time and have been the victim of cyber-vandelism resulting in my news blog being wiped out completely.

For those that have come late you have missed out on some real pearls, I will attempt to re-issue the important ones if I can find them. If anybody can tell me how to back up a blog I am well up for it.
